Found some outside element which can harm human body. Not sure is it hair or some material thread.
I ordered this product big packet by big basket on 9december 2023. Found some outside element which can harm human body.
Not sure is it hair or some material thread. Quality of biscuits is so bad. This is not happened just once. Again and again it's happening.
Specially in this pack. That's why I have to think to do complaint about it.
I just wanted to bring to your notice that Marie gold was a trusted brand in my childhood but Now a days the quality of biscuits are very low .
Every middle class family eats those biscuits but even you can't provide it quality biscuits we are paying for it . We are not purchasing those biscuits to throw it . Few kids bring merie gold biscuit as snacks to schools just think of there health.
I have taken pics of ordered biscuits and packet which can track it's manufactured location. If you need I'll share with you.

Fraud and misleading with number of items
I've recently bought a pack of Britannia Pure magic chocolush cookies worth Rs.170 from Reliance smart point, Koodal, Pathanamthitta,Kerala on 24-01-2024. The packet was intact and sealed when I bought it from the shop.
The packet claims that there are 24 cookies inside but when I opened it up in the morning of 25th January, I found that there are only 17 cookies, out of which one I ate in the morning. After finding it out, I reported it to Smart point from where I bought it, and they suggested that I report the matter to consumer complaints against the manufacturer.
Hence I'm submitting this complaint to you. I request you to find an appropriate resolution to this matter.
